Walking football brings people together

The Cancer Kickers walking football scheme at Boldmere Falcons has received £9,296 from the Trust to help launch its activities.

The sessions offer people affected by cancer, including patients, survivors and carers, a gentle way to stay active and connect with others. Funding has supported equipment and specialist expertise.

The project brings together the Trust’s support for health, community wellbeing and amateur sport.
